TRAVEL REFUND POLICY

  • We know things happen at the last minute - Full refunds no questions asked within 24 hours of booking.

  • After, only 50% of the amount qualifies for a credit toward a future trip and valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

  • No refunds if you are unable to make the trip. 

  • If a trip is rescheduled due to a pandemic, and you have already paid for the trip in full and unable to make the new trip date, you will not be refunded. We are unable to refund guest for rescheduled trips due to a pandemic because suppliers and tours operators have already been paid in full.

  • We encourage each traveling guest to purchase travel and medical insurance. 

  • Monthly payments toward a Travel & Cruzin Divas 4 Fun (TCD4F) journeys are non-refundable as your deposit is a confirmation of your trip. 

  • Payments made with a credit card will be refunded via credit card within your bank’s time frame in addition to a 10% processing fee and any other third party fee.

  • Payments made with cash will be refunded within 30 days.

  • All TCD4F members or any other member journeying with the group will be required to purchase travel insurance. We cannot emphasize  It’s a way to help protect your travel investments, belongings, health, safety and losses related to your travel.

  • All final payments are due 45 days before departure.
